Holding Properties in Your Name? Do you have a DBA?

For those whose holdings are in their personal name, do you file a DBA for purposes of rental receipts and leasing? So that the checks don't come in your personal name/your name isn't on the lease?

I use a property management co but I don't want my name going on the leases, so I thought a DBA (doing business as) registration might be a good idea.

Thoughts/experiences?
