I did talk to the planner, the process was stated and approved through the tentative map step but the current owner pulled that and moved out of the country so I will be back at square one.

Just know that Florida pays some of the lowest rates in the country for travel medical pros so price your unit accordingly and plan to reach out to other guest types to fill the gaps.

I'm sure it wouldn't be difficult to start, everywhere in the country needs substitutes. 

I hadn't thought of how the new tenant will likely be catching small repairs that the previous didn't mention, but yes agreed that getting things fixed quickly shows you're a good landlord.

In many countries, usually only listing brokers are compensated.
