I am familiar with Dublin and Grove City, but would love to learn of other area. best way to invest in multifamily is to build it in columbus urban core where new construction trades at 30% higher than existing multifamily and build it at a discount.

Room to build more?

We did not fund the last few million of the raise, so we are allowing the final slots to come in at up to 20% APR, fixed annual simple deferred return (deferred means you get all of your interest earnings at the end when we repay your principal – and that happens when we finish building and then sell the apartment complex).This asset is our safest MF asset, in my opinion, BECAUSE the project is backed not just by our equity in the apartments – but by our equity in the entire 54-acre land development.

I had a plumber out today that said the amount of soot build up on the ignition makes it unusable and basically the whole unit needs replacement.

My reasoning is because i realized that i want to do something, alongside my design degree, that involves building complexes (mostly commercial buildings) but im not sure with degree would be the best to do this.

From what i understood is I need to build relationships with bunch of multifamily lenders to see if they offer pocket listing. 

They are more relationship based and will look at your overall business plan and will lend smaller amounts knowing you will use them for more business later.

Yardi's Advanced Budgeting and Forecasting module is wonderful and tends to be more accurate because it builds its forecast on all of your historical data.
