An individual employed by a business entity means a person employed and directly compensated by the business entity.

I also tried setting up more conventional management services for rent collection and got a huge amount of pushback that the tenants didn’t know the App and didn’t want to put personal information or bank account/credit cards into some App they’d never heard of.

But it would make it extremely complicated for the person to manage it. 1.

Chris  TC =  A person who may or may not be licensed ( this is Oregon and WA laws) who assist the agents in many aspects of the transaction. they are normally Dependent independent contractors .

I did look into classes but I am a hands on person and like the "experience is the best teacher" saying.

I've personally found that I also want to look more at other factors like zoning laws for a property, etc.
