Why is there not one website that can handle all STR MTR and LT instead hospitable says oh no you need us and an avail or other long term or you need 2-3 solutions you can't have everything in one solution. Are we not in the day and age of 1 solution? I mean why has this not happened? What is stopping two of these good companies from marriage avail seems like a great long term and hospitable seems decent but only if you use only short term and you never enter things on your own into calendars but if you do… don't switch because all data will be lost just like Hosthub. so in other words the solutions aren't solutions yet. I got rid of Hosthub within 5 minutes of the trial as it completely screwed up my Airbnb calendars, pricing, and listings. They then said I would have to still go on and modify any long term blocked calendars thus defeating the purpose of a good solution. I do not understand tech or apps but these techs are far behind :( how do I get something of actual value?
