You can make any offer you want to the realtor, but ultimately you have to convince the bank why they should accept 5k on a 32k loan when other houses supposedly sell for 40-60k in the area.

I've found them on Twitter, tracked down people on LinkedIn in and discovered the email social(at)zillow.com (which is supposed to offer customer support for social media complainers) all to no avail. 48 hours later, I can't access the reports and don't see a light at the end of the tunnel for being able to.

On www.ripoffreport.com there is a laughable reference posted by a supposed "office manager" of Monica's who has worked for Monica for "11 years" and "she (Monica) knows nothing about Gemancer, Inc.".

you're talking about self-dealing which is frowned upon.also - if you're buying properties at 46k when they're comped at 80k, you're pretty close to violating your basic fiduciary responsibilities...i mean, as long as the the seller has up front information that you are a real estate agent and thus have an advantage over them that you are not supposed to exploit... it's O kay....but i'd be careful of that.how does your broker feel about this?

So I don't care if it's the first caller, I always tell them that I'm getting alot of traffic on it and one peticular individual was suppose to be calling me back to put down his deposit but it's first come first serve.
