Account Closed   I was just in Chicago  NIce balmy 0 degree's but you should see what they do to secure homes that are being renovated or have gone vacant.. its called a Dawg system.. you can probably google it.. but its metal doors and window guards that cannot be removed unless you have a jaws of life type of apparatus. 

If they were made of metal. you could at least get a scrap dealer to come get it.

I agree with @Linda Weygant , if they've met all your acceptance requirements and been approved you may have an issue with rejecting them.

The market is so hot right now you have to search through a lot of trash to find the treasure.

It is excellent and a good start to the dos and don'ts of this business plus it has a treasure trove of landlording documents you will need as a bonus content (of course check with your state laws before you implement any of them).
