Hi everybody! I'm Gabriel, I'm from Mexico, I'm 22 years old, I'm very committed to become a real state investor, I own 2 houses, at the time I bought them I thought they were a nice place to put some money, but now I realize that they weren't, now that I want to sell them I'm finding that is a really difficult task for me and I don't know if sell them at market value or give some space for negotiation, I've already offered them around 10% more than the market value. Finally, I know that Real State is different anywhere but I looking forward to try to adjust some of this forum knowledge to the Mexican Market.
