It started raining on Wednesday afternoon so their excused up until today is that they could not work on my A/C when it was raining.

There are a few REIA ( Real Estate Investors Association) groups in Fresno that you can attend - two are in the evening and one is in the afternoon.

Imagine you overbid another person on a house by 150K and then you read an article that based on "sex, age, veterans status, religion, race..." this other person was "a better fit" for the neighborhood.Here is Colorado it is perfectly normal to garden in the morning then shovel snow in the afternoon... 

This will also weed out the slow/lazy contractors that want to charge by the hour/day and milk it to charge you more.

Hi @RyanHilbun I have a Rep at Wayfair who is tremendously helpful for furniture purchases, I also get designer prices at Lazy-boy, Safavieh and other lighting, paint stores and Home Depot.
