Newbie in Fresno Looking for Advice and Recommendations

Hello All,

Im new to not only the site but to real estate in general. Id like to start flipping in the Fresno/Clovis area and have been reading and researching A LOT! However, I was wondering if ya'll had any advice for a newcomer? Also does anyone know where I would find realtors that specialize in selling to flippers? Im really excited to jump in and again any advice or recommendations are very welcomed!
