You need to get in front of sellers, makers offers and turn those offers into deals you can then turn into paydays.

And some of those condo buildings DO have a parking garage (indoor parking is a plus in South Florida) for their units.

I'm not an excuse maker but with school twice a week (3 classes) in Boston my schedule just doesn't allow it if I want to see my kids with their eyes once or twice a week, but by mid April I will graduate and my life becomes my own again!
