Hvac tech hereChange the filter, call it a day.As others said, dont expect anything from someone cutting you a check to liveIf its a furnace, the heat exchanger can crack from poor airflow (extreme cases)If its a heatpump, the indoor coil can get clogged if filter was installed improperly, or got sucked through due to high resistance.

However, to make real profit, I buy using Subject To and sell on Lease Option which I explain at https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/311/topics/1141313-subj...While it isn't "no money down" it is still reachable for people who are planners, who think ahead and who are committed to real estate investing.

I'm not an excuse maker but with school twice a week (3 classes) in Boston my schedule just doesn't allow it if I want to see my kids with their eyes once or twice a week, but by mid April I will graduate and my life becomes my own again!
