Just A general question.  Im completely new and in the education stage of this journey and just began putting together my DM campaign. Should I have a website developed before I begin marketing? If I should what should I include on my website since I have no experience and Im completely new? Should I wait until I have a few deals completed under my belt? Should I start with a basic lead capture page?

You don't need a website. Are you seeing the pattern, because I am? Cash buyers list, website, business cards, these are all things that get in the way of making deals. You don't need any of that stuff. You need to get in front of sellers, makers offers and turn those offers into deals you can then turn into paydays. All that other stuff is the newbie trap. You'll spin your wheels for days that will turn into weeks then months and eventually you get nowhere and do no deals. "Not me!" you say, but 95+ people out of a 100 are saying the same thing and doing no deals. They all have fancy business cards and slick domain names though.

Become a people person. Talk to people. Find out what their problems are and how you can solve those problems. This is a people business. People don't care about your buyer's list, your domain name, or your business cards.

Go talk to people. Help them. Close deals. Make money. That is the formula. Everything else just gets in the way and takes you out of focus.
