Despite what you hear on this forum, hard money is not cheap and we are getting into the holiday season where contract labor tends to get a little scarce.

My property manager has been closed for the Christmas holiday so today (Friday) was the first day I could ask about it, but the list price and contact info were correct today so I didn't mention it to them.

I asked him if he would be able to connect me with them, so he called and they said to have me give them a call after the holidays.

Most of the people looking to move around the holidays have to move for one reason or another, often not a good reason!  

People tend to not move during the holidays, so landlords who have vacancies then drop their rents.

UK market question: Anyone have any thoughts of the 1 year stamp duty holiday by the UK Government on £175,000 or less properties?
