Nashville and Suburbs vacancy question (Murfreesboro and Smyrna)

For those who invest in the more suburban parts of the Nashville area (especially Murfreesboro and Smyrna), what is your average vacancy time in the winter/spring months?  Also, what has been your longest vacancy?  I have a unit priced well below the closest competitor and it's been vacant for a lot longer than I'm comfortable about, so I'm starting to really wonder about my manager.
