Due to the complexity of this situation, I didn't even entertain the thought of trying to investigate what I could do to help.  

But as a young adult, I think getting reliable income and continuing to learn are your best options.I also highly recommend staying local for your first few deals.

I really like the fridge placement- having a fridge close to the door always makes for easy access when unloading groceries and it makes sense for those of us that like to do a lot of out door entertaining.

I'm nit an attorney, but maybe one could chime in for entertainment purposes, owning half the deal would give the new owner some sort of ability to charge rent, or no?

On audible it's a five hour book so certainly a lot to keep you entertained.

Unless you own the 1st mortgage and are foreclosing, it is unlikely they will entertain any type of conversation. 

On the contrary, I am very eager and inspired to begin flipping houses and am entertaining the idea of selling now.
