Hello my name is Jonathan. I am 17 years old and I am extremely excited about about my future in real estate! I am reading any and everything I can get my hands on (currently starting and finishing a book a week). Please correct me if I am wrong but I believe the legal age in Texas is 18 to sign any legal documents. With that said is there anyway for me to get out there and close my first deal. Secondly, do you think sandwich lease options are a good "no money down" technique for a new investor? Respectfully, Jonathan Brown
