Book recommendations while waiting to build up capital

Hello BP, what are your book recommendations?

It doesn't have to be real estate if it's a really good book that will help out in some other way.

In the past couple months I've read "The book on investing in real estate with no and low money down", "Buy it, rent it, profit!", and of course "Rich dad, Poor Dad", but looking for more recommendations.  Edit: I have also read the Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing on BP!

Thanks!
Roshan

Recommend reading "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" by Stephen Covey. It is not real estate specific, but I highly recommend that everyone read it. Great for helping you build self awareness, developing your "why", and managing your time.
