You did not show us a picture that would effect the rental or sell value based on curb appeal and interior shape.

I think I get the picture there.The hours were part time with a free apartment.I was a bit torn, I wanted to get the experience, but during my interview we got interrupted three times by tenants.

My problem is that I went to Clerk of Courts office and the rep that I talked to said that I cannot initiate the motion/claim as the third party winner, not even asking for the check to be made out to Tax Collector.

Even the hard money lending wanted  pictures of the inside to provide financing.

@Oleg Shalumov - One of the units has recently come vacant and I found the listing for it to see the pictures of the inside of the unit and condition and what they are asking for the rent.

Given these are new they are turn key as you wanted, now they are not the rock bottom prices, but they will cash flow and appreciate if the market continues its trend for a while in Colin County.Here is one for sale, Realtor.com listing, picture below is a similar house built some time ago.

He calmly replied to my email around 1130 am the next day stating " there is an emergency situation at your property-- the situation was so horrible I couldn't even take a picture.
