Foreclosed property bought at auction; need appraisal for finance
Complete newbies here. We purchased a foreclosure at auction and now need to get financing. If we can enter the property to allow an appraisal, we should be able to get bank financing. How can we enter the unit (condo) within legal limits since we haven't paid for the property to get the appraisal?
Also, what other alternatives should we pursue to get financing? We have 14 days. Even the hard money lending wanted pictures of the inside to provide financing. With the risk of losing the deposit, where should we go for financing?
