Best way to find a property:DependsIf for an onwer occupant, go to your local realtor.If for an investor: you can have an agent scan the MLS looking for deals, you can concentrate on REO's, you can market to homeowners for private sale acquisitions (absentee landlords and properties owned free and clear are good starts).The key is for you to pick a strtegy, then learn every detail of how that strtegy works and how to put it into action in the real world.Making money investing starts with your education, then applying that education.
