Looking for a low/no desk fee brokerage to Join in IL

Hello, I apologize if this is against the rules, but I am looking for a brokerage that has low/no desk fees and a very generous split during these hard times.

I tried talking to my association about it, but they didn't want to recommend places. If anyone can point me in the right direction, I would very much appreciate it. Thank you.

edit: by the way, I am in the northwest burbs - I would like to see if there are any located here. I am also open to internet - brokerages like allison james, which I don't know much about.

I called them but they didn't pick up.
