Where people can get into trouble is when it comes to "self-dealing".

Firstly, the people telling you to go ahead with it will not be there to pick up the pieces if it falls apart or is a daily headache.

This is a separate method besides using my WiFi router to monitor how many people may be in the house since we have a "no parties" rule.

People build wealth when they start to understand how to leverage debt in a responsible way. 

Hard to justify a new campus when people are getting laid off in the tech sector.

A great way to network and meet people in your local community is to attend in person meet ups.

People invest in all classes of neighborhoods and do just fine, as long as they know what they are getting into and have proper expectations. 

I highly doubt she would be be able to doctor this to make it look as legit as it does.For the longest time I thought there was some type of “hack” people were using to make it appear payments were being made only to later be never received.

I just want to see how it's worked for people who have actually gone through it.
