I see them now.I was going to suggest fewer subforums for Canada:- Atlantic Canada - Québec- Ontario- Prairies & the North- British Columbia This is often how the country is carved-up into regions.I doubt we have Canadian BP participants in the Maritimes (Atlantic Provinces when you include Newfoundland) to sustain three/four separate provincial forums.

We are going to need to factor in whether we can get a 203k loan as well, because if we can't, I doubt we will have enough money to rehab the property.

I very highly doubt that they would award $1500 as that could be judged as excessive and predatory (in the courts eyes).

Hi, My AC went kaput on me last night - had a technician come in and look at it and told me the blower/ blower wheel needs to be replaced. the same technician was the one who actually replaced the blower 4 months ago. so i am having my doubts on his quality of work.Does anyone have any suggestions for a reliable and good quality AC technician that i can use in the Naperville/ Aurora/ Western Chicago suburbs?

Given the circumstances, even if you can find relatively recent sales that indicate $8k was realistic at one time (BTW, I seriously doubt $8k is a recent sale price), I wouldn't pay over $500 and if recent sales comps are less than $8k I wouldn't do it all.

I doubt that many investors would view a rebalancing as attractive.Next question, "is it acceptable to not talk specifically about return of capital"?
