Termination fees... Upheld in court..?
Hello everyone,
I came across a few articles where landlords said they use a termination fee if the tenant breaks the lease and let's say just abandons the property. I have a termination fee of $1500, is this too high to be upheld in court if it came to it? Do you use a termination fee at all? If anybody could help with this question it would be much appreciated! Thank you BP!
