They often end up in financial difficulty as result, and are forced to dispose of the property, or just perform minimal maintenance allowing the property to deteriorate until it is a neighborhood problem.Have I tried renting to Section 8?

@Dan Cahill - back in 2010-2014 in Boston, when we were buying, condos were some of our most profitable investments because they traded at such a large discount per unit to the multi's because of the difficulty financing.

I did find a couple of modular companies but by the time I got a reply, the land was gone and one of the companies indicated they were exclusively operating in Austin as of 2019 due regulation difficulty here.

The difficulty in our conversation here is I'm referring to a particular set of data that only a few subscribers can read while you are not reading this.I think you're too much into opinion while analyzing past observation -- it's not wrong but it's not accurate either--, while in reality, things are started to change especially due to low-interest rates and massive refinance in the market.

I have been reading up for quite some time and to me, it seems as if partnering up with a US-based investor is the easiest way to get started especially considering having no credit score and the difficulty in finding reliable property managers to sleep sound at night.Would love to hear some experiences from OOC investors who went either way.I have been checking out Kris Krohn who offers an interesting investment opportunity or so it seems.
