I am interested in hiring a Virtual Assistant (VA). Does anyone have any recommendations? Starting points? Or good interview questions when Hiring?

@Devin Washintgon do some role play and give continuous feedback. Give them a probationary period to work with you and give them exercises / tasks for them to do so you can evaluate. If your state allows it record their calls so you can continuously give feedback.

We train them in house - if I can help let me know - I have shared some of my VAs with other investor partners or clients from bigger pockets.
