Mobile Home Rentals in Colorado
Hi,
I just found this website a couple days ago through a couple of real estate and finance blogs I was reading.
My husband and I buy mobile homes to rent out that are located in parks. We are finishing #4 and #5 right now. Our goal is to own a fleet of 'em and take over the world. ;-)
Due to life happening we chose to take on partners for these two that we are working on.
Our goal is to have enough cashflow from rental units to retire from our day jobs in the next 4 years or so. We are in our late 30s.
