Hi John,Thanks for your advice, at this point I am undecided in what to do, the long term rental income that I receive from my Orlando condo is steady but not to profitable, that right I am looking into vacation homes for rent close to the beach (I also need advice in this topic).

I bought a 4 unit property in Long Beach CA several years ago and have been slowly upgrading and remodeling to the interior of the front house. 

I'm 20 living in the Clearwater beach area and I'm very anxious to start getting involved in REI's.
