Hi, I am interesting in investing in a vacation home in fortlaudedale Florida, mi intention is to rent it in high seasons and enjoy it in slow seasons market rental. I currently own a condo in Orlando with not mortgage and thinking in selling and use the cash to invest in fortlaudedale. I heard of pro and cons . I will appreciate any advice since I am not familiar with the home vacation rental market.

Thanks
