New Member here, very excited

Hey guys, I've been lurking on this site for awhile finally joined and ready to get started with REI. Got a mentor that I'm going to start with Wholesaling single family units in hopes to start doing multi family/apartment complexes then work my way up from there. Trying to do this for freedom so I can pursue my dream of playing beach volleyball for the US. Majority of the deals I'm doing will be in Arizona. Super stoked! :D
