I Hope to get to know some other BP members, buy more properties, and have some fun along the way.My goals in the next 24 months is to find a city (outside of CA) and acquire more buy and hold properties.I'm still what I consider a rookie, but am willing to answer any questions, or take any wise words!

@Larry Smet I haven't found any properties that are flip worthy price wise for the return.

This has been a great area financially and rental market wise, along with good schools for the kids but I am originally from Minnesota so I would like to get back north but it will all be driven by the job market and checking out the investment potential in the Twin Cities (which looks good).

A wise man once said, "Every time I fail, I am 6'1" closer to my goal".
