New in Tucson

Hello all. I am a new member located in Tucson.

I have a background in the building trades and have recently transitioned to a professional career.

I am interested in a realistic inroad to either SFR flip or duplex live / rent. Considering modular for an inexpensive way to get started, but unsure of the financing options.

First off, I would like to tie in with the local network of investors. I brings lots of tools, sweat equity, and a strong knowledge of building to the table.
