Hey @Christie Dietz, I've actually been surprised as of late with how many people are looking for turnkey properties for tax break purposes in my area (LV), and I've come across a lot of them on Craigslist and Facebook groups.I'm very active in both platforms, posting my deals and every so often, I get a high-income earner who is just looking for a turnkey property they can use to offset tax liability.I would recommend you join FB real estate groups in your area and start advertising your property.

Looking for advice and mentorship through this platform and here in town.

There are so many other privately run platforms out there. 

Wondering if you all know of this web platform (nursesbnb)  that gives high quality professional renters for your rental property.

These events usually include a short learning/education portion with guest speakers, small groups for discussion and Q&A sessions, and an open networking platform to meet and share resources with others.

We learned a ton:- How to navigate the Airbnb and VRBO platforms and optimize our listings- How to communicate with guests throughout their booking, stay, and post-stay time periods- How to operate a STR and still be a good neighbor to community members who live nearby year-round- Navigating crises (After one month, we had a frozen / burst pipe and flood affecting all 3 floors while guests were present, which could have been a financial and emotional disaster) Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

How is AirDNA helping me with territory selection when viable river front properties are not represented on their platform? 

I know it is a much newer platform, and would love to know what folks are thinking (i.e., how does it compare to using Airbnb or VRBO?).
