Where do you find your cash buyers for a rent ready SFR?

We bought a SFR, thought we'd rent it, rehabbed it, but decided to just sell/flip to another buy-hold investor. What's your go-to source to find investor buyers for your metro area for a turnkey rental? Just BP classifieds? Other sites you've had good luck with?
