Depending on that, they can sometimes:- Pursue the tenant- Withhold servicesThen they might also, depending on their written procedure:- File a claim for the unpaid dues and use the judgment to garnish funds or wages.- File a lien against the property- File a foreclosure suit, which would obviously notify your mortgage servicer of the delinquency and be a violation of your note, which could trigger other unhappy things like the servicer paying it and forcing you to pay it back with penalties - or simply calling the note due then.

Schools-MPS (city of MKE public system) overall yes does score LOW, but I know a bunch of people around my age raising kids and sending them to MPS when they have the means for private schools because MPS is a mix of some excellent schools and also many terrible schools, but 100% of what I hear is IF you are an involved parent (who the hell wouldnt be?

so i called again to ask. and it seems to me that whole system is not supported by the parent company because every CS rep refers to it as "They, IPN, that company, etc". and they put me on hold for EVERYTHING.anyway, the second rep had to check but she came back and said "we no longer issue new IPN accounts.
