Young Aspiring Investor in Washington

Greetings BP,

I am 21 years old working full time at the Boeing company. I am very ambitious and meticulous with my goals. I have done a lot of searching as to where and what I want to do with my life. After researching many fields, the field of real estate investing has peeked my intrist the most. The best part is the community (namely here at BP) and learning about real estate investing brings me happiness.

I currently have a long path to go, with very little money, currently renting, and some debt already over my head (car and cc loans). But, this won't stop me from hitting my first goal, making one deal on a multi-family rental property by my birthday (March 1). 

Thank you all for the support that sometimes is hard to find among my peers, due to my age and experience. Slowly but surely I WILL build a solid portfolio, large enough to retire my parents and bring more freedom into my life. Never will I forget where I've come from. In the future I hope to come across the opportunity to help the younger (as well as any age investor) investor that's as hungry to hit thier goals as I am today. 

I would like to add that I believe that "success is the progressive realization of a worthy ideal". A quote that I heard from a motivational speech a long time ago that still resignates with me today.
