Wow based on multiple input from variety of reliable contributors looks like Mr.Cohen is fraud and swindler, who run financial pyramid scheme using new investor funds to pay off old investors.

If anyone can offer tips about the actions I should take after I get one under contract using this strategy I am happy to hear input.

When we started out 4 months ago, I researched different topics before moving forward and BP's discussions continued to come up and always have solid input.
