Hello BP community! My name is Alicia from Chicago's Westside- Austin Community. My husband, Charles Landrum and I have been working as full time Real Estate Investors for the past 4 months. The ride thus far has been exciting and extremely bumpy! Our background has been in sales and marketing and my husband is a licensed Realtor. Over the last 6 months we have taken several investor “training classes” to get off the ground and we've had several contracts for wholesale, but no deals. Our primary focus has been targeting distressed sellers for wholesale deals. We hope to get into fix and flips as well as buy and holds by next year. When we started out 4 months ago, I researched different topics before moving forward and BP's discussions continued to come up and always have solid input. We look forward to networking and learning from our seasoned community of investors.

-God Bless
