And if they are looking to leave, how concerned should I be that it's only 4 months away from the holidays when its harder to find tenants?

It's notorious for traffic issues during the holidays, not to mention the added fuss.

Now you could buy a property were your trip is also a holiday...

I've heard people say recently "Oh it's because of the Holidays" I do not buy that because the last 2 years prior were booming around this time!

My full time job is 30 hours per week (though with lots of nights, weekends, and holidays), but this allows me a lot of time for side projects, like real estate investing.  

I make 40k salary with all the perks to go with it.  3 weeks of paid vacation, paid holidays off, weekends off, big bonuses (about 7500-10,000 per year).

I'm also going to another gathering on the 19th at the Holiday Inn downtown.

We had a written agreement that if closing for any reason was not completed by (10) days they would remove all personal belongings,,My insurance was still active so not much to worry about,, It took another 2 days past the 10 days for their loan to close,, the had a mortgage thru the VA and they were slow and the July 4th holiday messed things up even more..
