Quick Deed Prep Question Community Property
I am preparing a deed on a small land purchase in Arizona which is a community property state. The owner bought the land 10 years ago and signed the original deed alone.
He is now married. Do I have the wife sign the Deed with the husband?
Thanks

Mike, yes, the wife must sign and don't use a quit claim deed, use a general warranty deed when buying! Good luck :)
