Hello Everyone,I have a Contract in Place to close on a house by next week.This is my First Rehab Project.I have been looking for the houses for the past 6 months and also paid for Seminar/Workshop to study the Flipping Process.I finally decided to jump in this business,because i think i have found a house,in which i might make some money,but obviously not without encountering number of hurdles and obstacles.I have come across my first hurdle,which is, I am in need of a good General Contractor who can do the Rehab work and give me an estimate on it.Does any one in the Cincinnati Region has any Recommendations?

You have to know what you are trying to accomplish (flip, hold, where you want to be equity wise, if holding how much rent you'd get, etc) is very likely to happen as planned given all the data.
