Hey everyone,I've used this site to look for data over the years and thought it was time to make an introductory post.I'm originally from the Lubbock area (New Home) and joined the military in 2014 and served 8.5 years in the US Navy.

Purchase price: $34,700,000 Cash invested: $7,500,000 192-unit institutional class B+ property located in between the Research Triangle Park area and Greensboro, NC.

I am most concerned about a large area of mold that I saw on the garage ceiling.

If you are someone who is confident in raising money looking to partner on a deal, or are an experienced investor who has some good advise in this area please reach out!  

I've been reading about seller financing the last few days, and there are a few things that I'm still unclear on.1.

I am using all his advice for doing due diligence on properties before buying, using the deal calculator to run numbers and looking for good market strategy areas. 

Normally 2/1 entire apartments in area go $1600-2100 ranges so these were surprisingly high for just bedrooms.

This deal was discovered through diligent market research and networking in the Linden, MI area.

As i spent so much energy and time and money on this property thinking better to keep property.Also this property is in downhill area.

Though the rental we’re currently in I feel is a great opportunity as it’s in a great area and there may be the possibility to suggest a rent to own.
