Investor/STR Owner/Manager in Lubbock, Texas

Hey everyone,

I've used this site to look for data over the years and thought it was time to make an introductory post.

I'm originally from the Lubbock area (New Home) and joined the military in 2014 and served 8.5 years in the US Navy. I now currently own 6 Vacation rentals across 3 states, 1 long term rental, and manage other Vacation Rentals through my business, Lubbock Complete Bnb.

My first station was in Kings Bay Georgia, where I picked up the book Rich Dad, poor Dad, which kick started my real estate career. When it was time to move to my next station, I had purchased 2 homes (now currently 1 Str and 1 Ltr). While in New York, I purchased a home (Airbnb) in the Saratoga Springs area, and my first multi-family property which was in Lubbock(2 Airbnbs). When I separated late in 2022, I knew real estate was the path for freedom and have since added the last 2 Airbnbs in Lubbock. I learned a good amount managing my own Airbnbs across different markets, and did a great job doing so, that gave me the idea to offer my services to other STR owners. I also just recently acquired my real estate license.

Now, I spend most of my time with my wife and 4 boys. I offer just about any service when it comes to launching a new Airbnb. I'm excited to be a part of the community and look forward to connecting with everyone.
