Mold remediation question

Hi all,

Currently interested in a SFH which I think is listed at a decent price (450k in a ~700-800k neighborhood). While visiting the house, there are numerous items which need remediation including flooring, light fixtures, landscaping, some drywall work. I am most concerned about a large area of mold that I saw on the garage ceiling. I believe that this might be due to a leaking roof but I'm not sure. Attached is a picture, apologies for the blurriness as I didn't realize that it was blurry until I left the property. Wanted input on how much might be involved here to remediate, and what range of costs I am looking at, I fully understand that once the drywall is cut open there might be who knows how much damage to the framing, insulation, and whether it is worth it to even get involved with this property. Thanks.
