We use a Snapper 8 horse gas blower and it will go through three feet of snow like a hot knife through butter....if you do the blowing in the early morning before the sun hits the snow and makes it heavier.

Took 50% of adjusted gross income
Which equaled..34,020 The cap rate with the price of 850,000 and NOI of 48,721 = 5.7%.

When you ask most Anericans would they rather have the gas tax indexed to inflation or increase the depreciation life real estate investors can take, I don't have much doubt which one they would choose.Don't think I'll get votes on this post as people don't want to hear this (including me), but it is just my 2 cents on the trend to expect.

Where we are located, the city requires the water/sewer bill to be in the landlord's name, so the students pay the landlord the rent, water, sewer and trash and then the students pay the electric, gas and cable/internet directly to the utility company.
