I just closed another one with Easy Street Capital and it was very challenging because our Loan Analyst assigned was pretty new, causing many delays and errors that should have been caught early on. 

Attend seminars, join online forums, and read up on the latest market trends to stay informed.Remember, real estate investing is not without its challenges.

Wrong Property Management ApproachIt doesn’t matter how good the people who are doing the property management are, if they are not using a property management approach designed for co-living, everyone loses.  

I've specifically learned a lot from Dave and Henry on their podcast, but also appreciate Jesse Vasquez' approach with her mid-term rental investments.

I love the approach you're taking with lease purchase agreements and sponsoring their stay at senior living facilities.

Whether these factors outweigh the challenges is a personal decision. 

Tight inventory can definitely be a challenge, but it sounds like you’re taking proactive steps.

For those who invest here, it has been tough sledding since 2023, and much more challenging since the onset of 2024.
