Hello! I am an aspiring serial house hacker based in southern New Hampshire actively searching for my second small multifamily deal in the Nashua area, but I've hit a wall with inventory being so tight in my local market. I've begun cold calling and looking to alternate methods of finding deals, but if anyone has any advice for overcoming this I'd love to connect. Also looking forward to meeting any local wholesalers or people living out the house hacking dream.

Hi Justin, I'm also a househacker in NH currently living in my duplex in Dover, NH with plans to search for my next one in the near future. I occasionally receive emails of off market properties in the Nashua area, I focus on the seacoast, I'd be happy to forward those to you.
