Unless the tourism numbers are low even under normal circumstances, you shouldn’t need a vaccine or “cure” before folks start traveling regionally again, and for your property to become profitable.

Like Vegas and other tourism cities.

With many of the laid off workers coming from shuttered businesses, such as hospitality, tourism, and restaurants, these layoffs may begin to impact renters’ ability to pay rent, particularly in Class C apartments, often termed as workforce housing, and in areas of the country where the employment base is more heavily skewed toward hospitality and tourism.

Alas, our timing was poor given the virus and how it has affected tourism, however we've been blessed to find professionals to lease units on 2-3 month basis.

I imagine Orlando will take a little dip given it's primarily source of income is tourism.  

My area's economy lives off of oil industries and tourism.

Whats going to happen with the tourism in Florida in the next couple of months?

Any market that is not dependant on a single enterprise (Midwest, KC) OR a market that is dependant on travel/tourism (Las Vegas) post fall out.

For example: with the current situation no one is hiring in hospitality or tourism.
