What markets do you all envision will still be hot with population growth and job retention post-Covid? Is anyone tracking this?

Curious what so the RE experts think!

Any market that is not dependant on a single enterprise (Midwest, KC) OR a market that is dependant on travel/tourism (Las Vegas) post fall out. However if the economy is opened back up soon there will only be a few great deals and the the normal amount of good deals. In other words don't wait for a better deal to come along. Act now.
