I used to have some friends there and I went to the gym there when I lived in Lancaster (sadly, Santa Clarita was my escape out of the high desert!).

It'll be a bit harder in SoCal (MUCH bigger numbers...looking in the high desert to bring prices down....but.....I gotta vet the farm first!!!!)

I was thinking about investing in the high desert area (specifically Hesperia area) of CA as a buy and hold/rent property.
